You're too good
to look like
everyone else.

The market for senior professionals is shifting. This is the build — the methodology, the process, and what you actually get.

The market can't see
what you've actually built.
Yet.

AI is handling more of the first-draft work your clients used to pay for. That's not a reason to panic — it's an opportunity to move up the value chain and stand for something more specific, more human, and harder to replace.

But only if you get clear on what that is. Most professionals have built something remarkable. The problem is the market can't quite see it yet. That's what this process fixes.

Here's how it works.

Four phases. Each one builds on the last.

01
Map your work
Your story. Your positioning.
What makes you different.
02
Tell me about you
Your voice. Your proof.
The version that opens doors.
03
Build your presence
Website. LinkedIn. Positioning.
Built around you.
04
Managed presence
Ongoing. In the portal.
Your brand stays alive.

Then we build. Together.

Phase 01 · 2–3 weeks

The onboarding

Three things we need from you before anything gets built. Self-serve. At your pace. No meetings to start.

  • Your work map — gathered before anything else
  • About you — the person behind the work
  • Your website — pages, features, what needs to exist
  • Nothing goes anywhere without your sign-off
Self-serve · Async · No meetings required

"I've sat in the rooms your clients sit in."

Phase 02 · 4–6 weeks

Positioning, copy, and website

Your answers come back as a positioning hypothesis. You react. When it feels true, everything gets built around it.

  • Positioning statement and voice direction
  • Full website copy written in your voice
  • Website designed and built — not a template
  • LinkedIn presence, bio, and content framework
  • Nothing goes live without your sign-off
Design · Copy · Build · Sign-off

"Not a template. Not intuition. A system."

Managed presence

Once you're live, the work doesn't stop. Your brand needs to stay active, updated, and ahead of where you're going.

  • Presence map — where you show up and how intentionally
  • Initiatives tracker — what's building, what's coming
  • Brand moves — new talks, content, voice direction
  • Portal always live — no meetings to see your brand plan
  • Direct line for anything new that comes up
Portal · Async · Always on

"Fewer than ten clients at a time. You'd be one of them."

Investment

What it costs.

One number. No surprises. No hourly rates, no scope creep. You know exactly what you're investing before anything starts.

Year 1 · The build
$2,500
CAD · billed at the start of Year 1

This is the full build.

Not a retainer, not hours, not a template. A complete thing — your positioning, your website, your voice, and the portal where we manage it together.

Onboarding
Work map & positioning
Your story, your proof points, your hypothesis. The foundation everything is built on.
Copy & voice
Website copy in your voice
Written to sound like you. Not a template. Not a ChatGPT draft. Yours.
Design & build
Website, designed and live
Built around your positioning. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
LinkedIn & presence
Profile, bio, content framework
Updated and aligned. A content plan that doesn't require you to post every day.
The portal
Your client portal, live
Brand presence map, initiatives tracker, content calendar. Always on.
Hosting
12 months included
Website, portal, domain management. Covered in Year 1.

Specific projects outside the core build are scoped and priced separately. You'll always know what something costs before it starts.

This is where the brand stays alive.

Year 1 builds it. Years 2 and 3 make it work. A brand doesn't land the day it launches — it lands when the people you need to reach have seen it enough times that it starts to feel like a fact about you.

Portal
Ongoing hosting & access
Your portal stays live and updated. Always current.
Managed presence
Active brand management
Quarterly brand moves. New talks, content, voice direction as you evolve.
Direct line
Access, always
A thinking partner who knows your business. For anything that comes up.
Hosting
Website & portal included
Everything stays live. No separate bills, no annual surprises.

Specific projects in Years 2 and 3 are scoped separately. The annual engagement is the relationship and the infrastructure.

3

Why three years — and what happens if you leave.

A brand doesn't work the day it launches. It works when the people you need to reach have seen it enough times that it starts to feel like a fact about you. Three years is the minimum runway — not because I need the revenue, but because anything shorter isn't enough time for the work to actually work.

You can cancel at any time. If you do, the remaining balance of your three-year term becomes due. The model only makes sense if there's a real runway — for both of us.

Three quick questions. Then we find a time. The whole thing takes two minutes.

Question 1 of 3

When are you hoping to have this live?

This helps us understand your timeline and what's driving it.

Within 90 days — I have something coming up and I need to be ready
3–6 months — I'm building toward something and want to get ahead of it
No hard deadline — I just know it's time
I'm not sure yet — I want to understand the process first

What's the thing that made you take this seriously today?

Be honest. This shapes how we use our first conversation.

I keep losing ground to people who look more credible — even when I know I'm better
My brand doesn't reflect what I've actually built — it's embarrassingly behind
Something big is coming — a launch, a pivot, a new chapter — and I need to look the part
I can't articulate what I do clearly enough — and I know that's costing me

How do you prefer to work with people?

There's no wrong answer — this helps me show up in the right way.

I want to be involved in every decision — this is my brand and I have strong opinions
I trust the process — tell me what you need from me and I'll deliver it
Somewhere in the middle — involved on the things that matter, hands-off on the rest

Now let's find a time.

30 minutes. No agenda — just a conversation about what you're building.
